What would be your BEST guess given the decent revenue and insane traffic? And if I did potentially want to sell it, what's the best route to go about doing that?

Where is the traffic coming from? 6th place on page 1 for 33k a month isn't driving that kind of traffic to the site. 6th place will be lucky to get 5% of that traffic which equals 55 visitors a day.

6th for "detox drinks" (6100), 1st for "thc detox" (2400), 6th for "synthetic urine" (8100), 1st and 2nd for "best way to pass a drug test" (1,000), and every freaking long tail you can think of.

$50 to $200 a day is a huge difference - what does the site make in average per day/month?

Another important part is the age of the site. If the site is brand new then you'll have very hard time finding a buyer and the price will be on the low side. If that's the case then I'd suggest you to hold on to it until you can show at least 4-5 months of stable revenue and look into offloading it then, as you'll end up making a lot more than you would otherwise.

So you're trying to say your best kw is driving 55 visitors a day and all your long tails are driving 2400 visitors a day? That would certainly be a long list of long tails.

As a rule of thumb, average monthly revenue the past 12 months multiplied by 12 = your site's value/selling price.

For example: If your site generates 2000$/month average (the average of the last 12 months) ==> 2000x12 = 24000$. That will be your optimum selling price and depending on your reach in the buyer's market and your bargaining skills you can come close to that figure or more. As a must, you need to have tangible proof of the profits your site generates.

And never ever ever post a profit generating website in public. What were you thinking?!

there are more traffic options than just organic rankings, press releases drive traffic to my sites, even months later, social accounts do the same, direct hits since we are almost a yeat old come pretty fast, email blasts twice per months as WELL as some 200 or more long tails, so it is doable.

Of course 2500 a day is doable but any potential buyer or appraiser would need to know the methods and work involved to drive that traffic. When speaking of email blasts, press releases and social account workings you're talking about a detailed SEO campaign involved to sustain this sort of traffic and without a solid campaign and work (and tools or additional subscriptions) then the organic traffic won't sustain this sort of income or maybe result in little to no income.

I think the usual valuation method of 12xmonthly revenue is suitable here, as you have a strong presence, and it doesn't seem like some churn and burn gimmic.

Accounts? Just one, When I said my sites..I meant MY sites, not OP's. I was speaking directly from my experience that even with low rankings you can drive traffic, just yesterday we had 800 unique visits and $20,000 in sales (a record day) on a PENALIZED site that was neg seo'd! We did it via 3 affiliates, press releases, email blast (have about 15k subs at the moment) and Yahoo/Bing ranking in the weight loss niche, this is after having a record day the day before of $16,000.

Oh so you are looking for autopilot? Well in this landscape autopilot is rare long term, keeping rankings, marketing and media buys all are ongoing tasks. If you are not willing to put in a little work to maintain or improve rankings and market this is the wrong business, but IMO the figures above are worth putting in a few hours for.

Why would I lie about my traffic? I'm confused about your cynicism. Anyway, here's a screenshot of my traffic today up until now (9PM). May not quite reach 2,500 today but regardless it's in the ballpark. Thirsty Thursdays are a day when people are thinking about partying, not passing that drug test.
