Hi i am not really new to iming but I am to site flipping anyway I have about 10 or 15 aged domains (1 year) that i have and was wondering is there any automated link building services for multiple domains that someone could recommend I want something that provides high pr backlinks that stick thank you.

Tons of those services on here. Search the BST section. As far as sticking for long term, nothing in IM is long term. 6 mos is like 6 years in IM age.

There are a lot of cheap link building services on the forums. There are high PR links there too. But for a site you are looking to sell you are not looking for reuters link.

Since it's not long-term project feel free to use them heavily.
