Anyone recommend a great website flipping ebook? I've seen a bunch of them listed as WSOs on WF but not sure which one is good. I have an adult site that I've had since 2008 that I'm thinking of selling. I'm also interested in flipping in general so if anyone knows of a good ebook or resource send it my way.

Site flipping follows the same principles; regardless of the ebooks you will find - it's the little nuggets you find around forums and the case studies which really give you direction.

It's a simple concept in writing; build a domain, add content, add backlinks, resell. Or buy a domain cheap with potential; optimize perhaps, make a little more, resell.

Dependent on the site flipping option you take; you need a good eye for what a consumer is searching for and for what has potential - unique ideas come in here.

Check out flippa for their recently finished listings; see what has a lot of interest, what sells and perhaps more importantly what doesn't.

Despite what anyone says, there is still a big market for flipping and for that matter; any 'saturated' revenue source; you just need to find a way to break into the niche and setup a system to make consistent income.

Update. Flippa.com has two useful ebooks on their site about buying and flipping sites. Both are free and were exactly what I was looking for.
