Selling through PM on Flippa - against TOS?

I had a read through the Flippa TOS, but couldn't find a specific answer.

I have a micro niche site for sale on Flippa at the moment. I had an individual PM me asking if I create custom micro niche sites.

I haven't answered him yet, cause I want to make sure I'm not breaking any rules. Would it be against the TOS to say yes?

If the rules are not in TOS, you can ask them about it. Usually the sites earning commission are very touchy if you get in direct contact.Better not take risk.

Yeah, I think I'll do that. Looks like their staff is out for the day now, so I'll probably get a response tomorrow.

Nope, not really. Just don't type the words 'email' or 'skype' or any of that sort
