You might want to look specifically for guides on "flipping"

check the download section - there is stuff around, you just need
to do some simple searching. The anser is withing flipping ebooks
and such. You'll likely not find the answer as a stand alone "guide."

It is not a difficult thing to find if you're motivated...

Have you checked Flippa T & C's for that?

Well, simply put, push the domain to the buyer's registrar or to the buyer's account

Send the files by email or ftp them yourself.

Get a contract made and make sure it's digitally signed.
