Im nervous as i have my first site up on flippa and someone wants to buy it , i dont have or want a paypal account and the seller only wants to pay via credit card so that he can pay the card back slowly as the website makes him or her money. is this possible at flippa and yes im reading all the support stuff to find an answer.

Yes. Just get an alternative payment processor that accepts paypal.

Use Escrow.com. Last time I checked they accept credit card for transactions under $5k. If the transaction is more than $5k, I would refuse credit card. It's too risky with chargebacks.

He could use his CC and pay for a money order. Yeah its slower, but you won't have to deal with a possible chargeback.

I called escrow but they said even if the buyer gets his website plus my inventory he can reject the sale and then he has to return it but damn my inventory is a sheet of a thousand or so ebay accounts from many years ago and im afraid the guy would just keep that info and Id lose everything, so im trying to build up trust with the guy but think now he has backed out or wasnt too real to begin with lol. Im signing up with all the third party guys now so that this doesnt happen to me again. I have paypal accounts but was afraid to send the money to any of them because paypal and there issues all the time of keeping my money. Anyways thanks for your help.

Escrow is a lot safer than Paypal. And yes, they can "reject" if it doesn't meet what they were expecting. But if they don't return in full you keep the money. I've done over 100 Escrow transactions and never once had anyone reject.

In business, you have to take risks from time to time. If you get overly paranoid about the worse case scenario all the time then you're never going to get anywhere. It's important to do due diligence - but if someone REALLY wants to screw you over, there's really not much you can do about it.
