hey guys, i need help in finding a creditable website seller.

My blog is a little over a year old, the only real estimate i have gotten is from online estimate sites. Last summer 2011 it was estimated at 6K this Jan 2012 it was estimated at 3k. It was not band or anything like that i just lost interest and is currently more focus on building an Entertainment Promotional Brand that i am making good progress with.

This site was not previously sold i bought the domain name fresh and created most of its contents. I came here because i dont think that i have the selling experience to properly auction this blog.

If Interested i will be willing to accept a amicable deal, as in how much money the seller will take from the actual sale amount..


I dont want to post my blog link because i dont want this thread to be taken down because of that, i am not looking for a direct buyer but instead someone that could sell my blog for me on flippa.

My blog is in the internet marketing niche.

Over the past yr i have made between $1200-$1500
through it.

You can find brokers from different sites for e.g. flippingplanetforum etc.

You won't find any broker to sell a site at that level. I don't know of any who touch anything under $10k.

Why not list it on Flippa yourself?

You should try and list it on flippa yourself its not that hard , i have one up there now but then again im a newbie to site flipping so its not going as would of hoped. but im willing to keep learning

I dont have much time to monitor an auction like this plus. i would like for it to be done by a professional

No offence, but do you really think a professional is going to take on a site worth around $2000?

My minimum fee is higher than that and so are all other brokers that I know. So you'd be losing money if you wanted to actually hire a "professional". Most don't even take on sites below $50k, let alone $2k.

The only other offers you get are people who will literally list it on Flippa for you and will have little/no experience, so you really are better off doing it yourself.

what's the usual sell price you do ( like 10x of monthly earnings ?)
what sort of sites are the best to develop & sell? adsense/cpa/or e-commerce?

do you have a model or a guide like that, or recommend some products?

- Multiples vary, really depends on the site
- Adsense sites are always popular at the <$20k level. Above that, e-commerce and forums always fetch good multiples and have a lot of big buyers
