My First Flippa Auction, Any Advice?
Hey guys, I've been holding on to a lot of micro niche sites that are all earning anywhere from $50 to $300 monthly. I've decided I want to flip a few of them for a faster short-term profit so I've just officially listed the first one for auction on Flippa.
This is my first auction so I pretty much just winged it when filling out my description, starting bid, etc. Anyone here have experience with Flippa that has some advice for me as far as what seems to work and what doesn't?
What seems to draw attraction to my auction for bidders? I am afraid it is going to sale for under the price I want. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Re: My First Flippa Auction, Any Advice?
Sites with history of revenue tend to go for higher.
If possible, try to show a screen-o-matic video of you logging into the adsense account/amazon account and show the past 3 months of revenue and payment.
Try to give a BIN bonus such as a fanpage or another MNS.
Sending PM, I may be interested in buying some off you.

Have you checked out other auctions at Flippa before putting yours?
It is beneficial to check some other relevant auctions to get knowledge of what they have done to present their sites.

Definetely want to show a history of a steady source of income.
You don't want others to think you bought the traffic to fake the earnings.
