Of course there are people who can afford to buy sites like this, its rare for such profitable sites to become publically available, but as long as it continues to make money then there will always be a buyer.

Plenty of buyers with deep pockets around, don't worry about that.
This particular site won't be a great investment. The product will need a complete relaunch and much of the reputation is built around the current owner's name.

Guys, it's $700,000. If an average person working for $100,000/year and if he/she not spending a dime of it, eating air for living still do you know how long does it take to save up $700K? Not even joke that big pile of cash worth more than a fortune.

I have plenty of clients with that sort of cash budget (or higher). It's not unheard of at all.
These clients aren't people who earn $100k a year. They are usually successful business owners.

I really don't get it, why sell a site that "makes" -$8,000,000+ approx in sales in past 10 months- i really don't get it, i would hold onto that like glue.
Unless it's for like 150,000,000 or something like that.

It's sold because it won't make that again, in product sales launch year profits look nothing like residual year profits
