Hi I am thinking of selling my Tech site in Flippa.. but I am confused with this - what does "URL for sale: Website|Domain Name Only" ??

What does website mean?

Domain: The name or URL for your site, for example flippa.com is the flippa domain name.

Website: Is everything, domain name plus all the files that run on your webhosting and make your website function.

They are asking, are you selling just a domain name - with nothing else ... OR are you selling a domain name plus all associated content, files etc?

URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator, this means you include http : // www (no spaces) before the flippa.com - that would constitute a full URL.
