As of right now, I have 0 experience with site flipping. As a matter of fact I just actually started reading this section about 5 days ago.

So I was poking around on Flippa and I found a listing for a site. The site has a bid for $2100 already and to me it looks like a very simple site that someone could have thrown together in a matter of minutes. When I look at this site I think to myself, I can make a site like that with no problem and little effort. But I also have another thought. As you can see the site is using Ad$ense. HOWEVER, isn't this the kind of site that Ad$ense frowns upon??? To me it seems like it doesn't really offer much content and I would think that Google would not like seeing Ad$ense on a site like that. Am I wrong???

If I did some KW research and found some low competition KWs, got ranked on 1st page of Google, throw some Ad$ense on the site, and get some backlinks, would I be able to sell it on Flippa like the site I've been talking about in this thread?

After seeing the auction on Flippa for the site I've been talking about, it just seems too easy. Is site flipping really this easy or am I missing something here?!? I'm a extreme noob when it comes to site flipping so I must be missing something here...

Site filipping can be easy when you have got experience and know some basic tricks of the trade otherwise its not that easy.

But, as far as the site I would need to create to sell, the quality of the site I mentioned before would suffice?
Would I risk my Ad$ense account being banned if I put Ad$ense on a site of that quality?

If the site you have seen is earning a good amount through adsense, the bidders might have been interested in it due to that.
Revenue is a major factor for attracting bidders.If you invest your time and effort and also your adsense account in your new site but can't get good amount of revenue, you might not get high bids then.
