I've started on this wordpress niche site for the past 2 months and its gone quite well, but I don't have the will to keep linkbuilding for it, partially because of lost of interest, as well as other things in my life have priority now.

It is a EMD domain with 12k broad searches and 2.5k exact. The CPC from adwords is $4.50, and I got a click at $3.40. It currently is at #15 in Google and #5 in Bing, it at one point was #8 in Google. The individual articles (5) are hovering at #50-150. It is PageRank 1.

I'm worried about flipping it because it has nearly no traffic at #15 and only has a single click in the history of the site. I assume buyers would be turned off by this.

I actually have lots of faith in the successfulness of the site, but have no time to devote to it, and would rather flip it and maybe try another site later on.

Can anyone estimate how much I could get for the site? Also if anyone has any tips on listing it, it would be greatly appreciated. This will be my first sale on flippa.

Edit: I should also add that the site has many high-PR low OBL links to it, as well as a few high-pr EDU links. I also had a 200 social bookmark service made to it.

If i were you i would just outsource the seo on here and then flip it, you'll get alot more for the site once you can prove earnings.

Since the revenue is very low, it might not sell at a reasonable price despite the fact that it is ranked at #15.

Spend some time and get the site to the first page of G. You will get a better return on your investment
