makes around 150 a month off adsense
its in the 500K of alexa
it is a pr4

over 100k visitors out of which around 50K are UV

How much a site like this go for, I might have to sell it fast for some money.

update the site only cost about $10 to run and the worker who keeps it running only charges $30 dollar a month, he updates one post a day and major post on sundays. and he paid off till march1st

I'm not sure what that was suppose to mean, but going back to your first post... analytics is what you should use to analyze your site, not what alexa says. Alexa rank matters to some people, but analytics statistics is what most buyers look at.

The site's niche is also a big factor to estimate its price.

Sites shouldn't only be valued on income. poweronics is right about the niche playing an important role in the process as well.
