A site that making $250/mo, let me know how much it worth it, btw it's affiliate commission, the product is high converting and related to health supplement, not fucki*** CB site..I wanna flip it, should I consider for 12 months income price or less?

I have around $800 solid income proof from that site, everything is organic, no PPC, no balckhat..

What's the sites age? How much traffic are you averaging? What percentage is organic? Have you been consistantly making $250/month or is that just for this month? Is any work required to keep making that amount?

Questions like that are good to answer in asking for an estimate of a site's worth.
