    Default Sell now or wait?

I bought a WP site a couple months ago on Flippa for $65
    Code:
    learnyogasite.com
, but I haven't done much with it. It now has some backlinks (a few edu), eight 2.0 tier sites each with a different spun article, about 17 articles in the pipeline waiting to be posted (though these won't pass copyscape), and an ebook. It has made no money, however, and gets little traffic [180 uniques in both Nov and Dec for a total of 360 unique visitors]...no doubt, traffic/earnings are related.
I'm not terribly interested in the site, really, and wondered what I could get for it, in your opinion. I don't know if there are any extra tweaks that might help...for instance, in real estate flipping, you'd be best to put $ in renovating the kitchen and bathroom, but I haven't got a clue what the equivalent is for websites. I could be persuaded to keep it, but I'm not sure it is a money maker.
Anyway, I've never resold a site, so any advice would add about 100% to what I know about flipping. Thanks.

If it doesn't make any money, then it would be harder to sell.

For example if you go on to any of the resources such as
    Code:
    http://learnyogasite.com/learn-yoga-step-by-step/
You can see that above the above the comments there's supposed to be an adsense box.

The header should not have the privacy policy there. Put that at the bottom! use that space for Things like articles, vidoes, how-to-section and things like that.

The search bar is not aligned correctly. Is the website on the top 5 for mulitple keywords?

When you're selling a website, the least you can sell it for is 3 months of income. If you have no income, then there is no reason someone would buy it unless they can fix it up and sell it.

As for the content on the website, if it won't pass copyscape, then edit it and make it unique. Give visitors a reason to come to your website! If you're not giving them good content, then why would they buy an ebook off your website?

So in short, put up good content, target long-tail keywords and then go for the higher competition KWs. Once you get some money coming in, then sell the website.

Thanks very much for talking the time to share your expertise...I now have a bit of a game plan, so I'll hang on to it and work on it during my spare time. Rep given

You can add the content in it and also see if you can put some adsense ads in it.

Concur with the above, and while a lot of other factors are involved, at bottom, concrete figures rule over projected value. If it's a seasoned site (1 year or more) with stable income, and most of its visitors arrive via the search engines, the ballpark base value of the site is about 10x the average monthly income. I.e., if it generates an average of $100/mo, it can be sold for $1000 easily.

If it's a new site with no income history, it's only actually worth the labor and expense involved in setting it up (perhaps $30-50, depending on the rep of the site creator), It can be perhaps sold for more if it was soundly constructed SEO wise (EMD, backlinked to the point where it's ranked 1-3 on page one and stayed there, good ad competition and CPC for the Adsense words, etc). So if a new site is well constructed to potentially make $100/mo, but has no actual track record yet, you could make the case it was worth $100 with a bit of salesmanship.
