Hey guys,

I have sites that had their glory days and now nearing their death. I could have flipped them when their days ended, but I now regret that I never flipped them. Well, I have no experience thats the truth. Ok, so for trials I am planning to flip a PR2 site that has been getting some stable income of $300 a month for the past 3 years or so from advertising (not adsense)

I suck at sales pitches, I have made a writeup of a few lines, but I know if I read that myself I wouldn't buy.

I would like the help of someone to write me a nice sales pitch, willing to pay for your time. And would like some tips also, have read a lot here on this section today too.

Whatever you write make it long ass with proper formatting (bold / colors) and talk a lot about your site and explain a lot about how awesome it's content / traffic / revenue because it seems this is what sells.

don't sell it online as a first option.

Contact other businesses in your niche. Ask them questions to figure out what there after then mould your sales pitch to fit their needs
