List of professional website brokers
This thread is for listing only professional website brokers - the ones that have their own client base of sellers or buyers, have exclusive offers, private lists, brokerage forms, etc.. not those that just can put your auction on flippa and call themselves brokers.
Let's make here a good resource of professional brokers to use as an alternative to flippa.
1. So, number 1, Thomas and Bryan (usernames here Meathead1234 and Bryanon).
Website: flippingenterprises.com
Buyer list if you are interested in buying websites
http://flippingenterprises.com/buyer/
Brokerage form if you are interested in selling websites
http://flippingenterprises.com/brokerage/
Listings of current websites for sale:
http://flippingenterprises.com/newlistings/index.html
(Thomas and Bryan, if you do not want this public, please edit my post nd remove the links).
Anyone else know someone similar, please post.

They don't really exist. No decent broker would take on anything under $10k as it wouldn't be worth their time.
Your best bet for a small site is to use Flippa.
