Sure this information is posted throughout the forum, but just wanted to see what tools you guys used to evaluate websites before buying?

Tools I have found helpful -

2) http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php
3) Yahoo site explorer
4) CopyScape

Just wanted to see what the rest of you guys were using when doing due diligence on sites?

Google Keyword Tool to check whether traffic stats are realistic or not.

Spyonweb.com - Check what other sites are on the same IP.

Linkdiagnosis.com - Check the type and quality of backlinks the site has (avoid sites that have too many spammy-looking links i.e. sites that have been "over-SEO'ed"
