Legal Implications of Flipping Sites
If you sell a site to someone, and it doesn't perform nearly as well as it did when you had it, can the seller hold you liable, even if they did everything you did to build the site?
I know sites like Flippa require all sorts of proof to backup your claims. I'm just wondering after the site is passed off to the buyer, is there a period where you are still held liable for non-performance or dismal performance.
