    Default Reserve or No Reserve

Hey guys. I have a site that I really don't want to let go for less than $250. This is the bare minimum to cover my costs, time, and listing fees. Do you think its better to start the auction at $1 with a reeserve of $250 or to set beginning price at 250 with no reserve?

That's the risk you need to take

But, realistically speaking, if your site has actual value (i.e. it's not one of those template sites with no income etc.) then it's very, very unlikely that it ends up going for less than it's market value is.

I've run loads of $1 no reserve auctions in the past (even for $10k+ sites) and I'm yet to see one not reach the expected price.
Want to sell your profitable website? meathead1234 and I have sold over $1,000,000 in sites in 2011 alone. Our clients have HUGE budgets for the right site! Check out reviews on our JV thread NOW!
