I would've started at $99 instead of $100, looks better.
Plus there really isn't any info, you dont tell them much about the site, like where your traffic comes from, what seo work you've done, financial info...etc... Make it a sales page, sell them on your website. Plus you should provide proof of traffic and revenue.Since you have a buy it now, give some incentives like seo work or something.
I am actually pretty new to flippa and have asked similar questions and just passing on answers. You can edit the listing as long as no one has big on it I believe. If you login and go to your auction in the top right corner there will be a list of stuff you can do and one of the links is to edit your auction. As far as analytics, I would put them on asap or your probably wont get many bids if the traffic is an important aspect the sale, which it seems to be.
You should definitely add more text. I would never pay the amount your asking if the seller didn't even bother to put up some content. Write about why you want to sell, niche your keywords etc. The more the better.
Thanks I've updated the info - how does it look now?
You should include your Google Analtyics...unless your faking the traffic...
Be a Donor. Have your Signature.Thanks.
^^ I'm not faking traffic just I never installed google A because I didnt think id sell it - i installed it yesterday but so far no clicks
Put yourself in the position of a buyer
- Why would I deal with this guy if he does not bother to post any kind of proof?
-In the text ,I'd put a line or two about Tweet Attacks, so they get an idea that it's a really huge product.
-Traffic Details, be more detailed than just "600", traffic sources, etc.
-You did not mention the revenue sources well.
-Your text seems messed up, you just wrote about the site what you remembered about it when you were writing. Get your text organized... does not seem to be professional.
-Your Listing is not convincing me that this is a good site.
I'd also include "This is what you will get" so they get a quick summary, for example
- The site Which Earns $xxx monthly
- The Great Easy-To-Remember PR x Domain
- Hosting for 3 months
- 30 Day Support From me after transfer has been made
And other stuff they will get.
Make sure you upsell the buyer your services, or simply check out the services here on BHW, and resell them.
