We rank for a couple other keywords like "fanboy news"

Adsense is minmal and has not been on the site too long.

Just want to know what I could get now, but plan to work on it some more before I sell.

Also has a facebook page with 23k fans, and a twitter with 1k

These times are long gone I'm afraid.

Unless you can show earnings and/or substantial traffic, or something else that's highly attractive, you won't get as much as $100 for turnkey sites.

If you believe in the project then your best bet would be developing it further, and once you have decent traffic/income decide whether you want to keep it or sell it.

It is worth just as much people are willing to pay for it.
