I'm thinking about selling a website I own. The website is set up on WP.
Visitors can buy a bunch of backlink building tools (bh) and extensions for
these tools or download some tools for free. Has almost 900 registered
users (that bought or downloaded free software - all with emails ofc.).

It generated a bit more than 5k$ in one year (with highest month being 1k$,
best days being 100$+). Last months were very low - no marketing.

Needs marketing and its gonna start producing 1k$+ per month again.

Is on page 1 on google for a competitive word. Has decent traffic,
mostly Google or IM forums.

I'm going to sell full website and all source codes as I don't have time to
work on it and need money fast.

What do you guys recommend? Flippa? And how much can I expect from it?
I know these are rough numbers that I presented. Just an estimate...

How do you guys estimate such sites? The same old monthly earnings$ * 10 method?
I think the source codes are worth something and the highly targeted opt-in customer base means a lot too.
