Please help me sell this site. How much do you think it is worth?

I own an automatic directory submitter site and although it hasn't aged very much, it is already PR1 and ranks at 200k Alexa. The site had a profit of about $350 since it started 4 months ago and the only expense for the site is the hosting fee which is currently a dedicated hosting for only $11.99. The site does everything by itself, you get paid by the buyer, system auto deposits the buyer's account with a credit, which he can then use to submit his site to over 1000+ currently stored directories ranking as high as PR6. (You can always add in new directories powered by PHP free LD that is not modified). The submission is also done automatically and this script alone is worth $500+ USD and the site is currently under an SEO plan for ranking #1 for a keyword that gets 1,500,000 searches monthly global. That explains why the site has over 7000 backlinks currently indexed and that number will increase until the site ranks #1. I've also spent $200+ on installing features onto the site including new payment gateway - Google Checkout in addition to the Paypal (Also done automatically) and a newsletter subscription program. Subscription program allows you to build a list which later you can use for affiliate marketing for even more money. The domain is very unique and it is what I consider a premium domain name.
