I've been on url appraisal and it's given me a decent price but what else should I do?

I am looking to sell asap for the right price. very brandable... any ideas?

I will never buy any PR2 domain then my advice is to sell him.
But the price, I don't know

I also have PR 2 domain with PR 3 inner pages

PR domains alone are worthless, unless its a nice generic domain, or domain with traffic
However, if you build a website and achieve some revenue & traffic - not that you keep PR & age benefits, you can also flip a whole website for even much more that PR domain alone. GL
