Hi my website gets around 2.5 k uniques a day almost all from organic seraches from google and around 8 dollars a day in adsense. How much could i sell this for? Thanks

You could sell it for $8000 if you figured this can pull in consitent money for the next few years. In this market it would probably go for about $4000 though which is still good. depends on your niche.

Out of curiosity - what do you base your figures on?

$8,000 is 33x monthly revenue - that's nearly 3 years' revenue - a figure that isn't very often seen even when "real" businesses are sold, let alone young Adsense website.

$4,000 is 16.6x monthly revenue and makes a little bit more sense, however even this is only in case there's at least 4-5 months of solid history - otherwise you're looking at 10-12x max.
