- The revenue is earned from affiliate links (the site is basically reviewing and then linking to what the target audience wants to buy).
- The site has only been earning this amount since July. Before that it was £3 then £6 then £12, so there has been a steady improvement over time.
- The traffic is organic (ranked 8th on Google.co.uk and 7th on Google.com for a 5400 monthly search volume keyword).
- The site is targetting the UK specifically. US traffic is practically worthless.

So my question is, if I try to sell this site on Flippa, how much would I get for it? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: July actually made £25 not £20 and August so far has made £9.
