Im always seeing sites that are selling for a nice profit that I could easily make myself and rank better. I just seen a 2 month old site claiming to make $200 month adsense and he has verified analytics for traffic so its believable. It also has 1 article and only 30 backlinks.. WTF is it really that easy?

Due diligence takes a while to get used to. It can be quite time consuming. I would only dig deeper into stats if I was very interested in buying, otherwise it's really not worth it.

Yeah, that because one of them has released a product teaching people how to do just this (look for sites on Flippa and replicate them) and is selling it for a few bucks a pop lol.

People always over pay and take big risks on flippa, I almost feel that the sites that get legitimate traffic and revenue every month for a year+ end up being the sites that only sell for like 6 months worth.

Flippa works when you weed out the crap and pay attention to the fake bidders.

• Trawl thrоugh Amazon sub-categories аnd popular products
• Twitter trends
• Google Keyword Tool (you nеed а niche idea beforе starting yоur start digging though)
• Google Trends & Insights
• Website trading sites (Flippa etc)

ive got some good niches off it, most of my niches are sub niches from Amazon.
