I just finished (almost) building my new website which I plan to flip in 6-12 months time. The website is - UpBeatGaming [dot] com
it's the worlds first site which is specifically for forum games, also includes a chat room and has great potential.

I would love to get any advice/suggestions about marketing this site, and then flipping it. Ways of monetization and more suggestions.
