iPhone Niche 6k Daily Unique :-> $1200/month:-> like to sell

1. I have a website related to iphone making $25-35 everyday with adsense.
2. Yesterday Technorati Approved me and will be putting up its ads for extra income
3. Another Advertiser Approached and is willing to pay $300 flat fee for listing their product as a banner ads apart from the $.75 that I will make per sale.

So all In all the monthly income right now is around $1200-$1400.

I do not want to list this site on flippa as i see its not worth it people bidding $100 fro a site which earns you more than 1K a month..

Plz suggest the worth of the website and alss let me know if anybody would like to purchase it.

If it's making $1,200-$1,400/mo, you can easily expect to make around $10,000 for it (just basing it on numbers alone). This market is pretty rough right now, so the typical 12-18 month's revenue may not exactly be applicable here.
