I have a site that made me $150ish in May. $250 in June. Set to make $250 - $300 in July. This is all adsense income.
Income: all adsense
Source of traffic: all organic (80-85% google, ranks #2 for main keyword)

Some statistics:

July (so far):
$69.99 adsense
15,101 Visits
14,197 Absolute Unique Visitors

June: This is when site started ranking high for its keyword
$246.59 adsense
42,982 Visits
37,989 Absolute Unique Visitors

May:
$102.13 adsense
33,686 Visits
31,863 Absolute Unique Visitors

April:
$32.82 adsense
12,154 Visits
11,050 Absolute Unique Visitors

The site started ranking high for its keyword starting June. Since then, it's constantly made me about $5-$10 a day ($5 is usually the minimum, maximum has gone up to $22). All traffic is from search engines, 80% from Google and 20% from other search engines. Ranks #2 for main keyword.

I wanted to sell this site as I need some money, but don't want to rush it. What estimate do you guys think?

Let me know please

Thanks

I am looking for a website like yours, if you have google analytics to prove your stats you can ask easily: "month net profit" x 10.

Usually I get that amount.

It's a bit young to get a decent multiple, but some buyers on Flippa are stupid and will get into a bidding war for Adsense sites. You're probably looking somewhere around the $2k mark, but it's really hit and miss for a site with so little history as it's a big risk for a buyer.

I would not be willing to sell for anything less than 4k at least really. But yeah, you are right, it'sa bit new, so I guess I'll wait 5-6 months before reconsidering.

Thanks

If you can sustain it around the $300 mark for a few more months then $4k is very realistic.
