Need a little advice if you have the time.

I have a site that is sitting at #1 position for a 110k global, 60k US [exact match] traffic keyword within the tattoo niche. I haven`t found a great way to monitize at the moment and have just got a survey content blocker on the reg page, once people have regged they can download the full unwatermarked images. I made $14 last month

What do you guys thinks, worth selling on flippa?

have too many sites and finding it hard promoting them all, also need some extra cash right now.

I have tattoo site too and yeah, it's quite hard to monetize sites like this despite the amount of traffic is nice.

Well, flippa is the best place to sell sites as the entire traffic on flippa is either interested to buy the site or to sell one. So you have targeted market to sell your site and now it will depend on your sales letter like how good and convincingly it is written. And yea don't mention in your sales letter that you selling your site coz you din't find the way to monetize it because if that thing sticks in their mind, they may not buy it.

Is 100% traffic organic? Have you ever used paid traffic?

100% Organic.

Looks like a steady income website , good for someone with lots of small adsense sites like this ...

The site's niche is an important factor to get it a good price.Hope that you sell it 10x your monthly revenue.

why you not ask local tattoo studios to place advertisement on this apge? should work?

According to the listing the tattoo's are from a PLR folder of them he bought in 2010

Have you tried adding adsense to this? Surely you will get more than a measly $14!

You should be able to make something decent from selling this site, it wont be a lot, but it'll be money. Seems like a good niche too, so that makes things easier.

Anyways, I hope it sells.

From my point of view and experience, selling websites on flippa worth's only if the website is worth $2000 or more. Otherwise, I won't do it.

I have a buyer that would like to BIN but, would like to use escrow and not paypal. I have not used escrow before and I'm a UK resident, would there be any potential problems with this?

Also when using paypal, how do you know the person will not do a chargeback or something when selling a site?

Have done some research and it looks very dodgy both ways so, I'm thinking of removing the auction and just, keeping the site. Would prefer the monthly earnings than to get burned by some scammer.
