hello everyone,
I want to make adsense website. I have everything I need ( very good keyword , unique SEO optimized articles ,good domain name ). After I built a website I will sell to flippa, but I need to know how many days earning and traffic proof I should show in the flippa listing.Can I feature only one week data ? or maybe its enough several days , or even month? And one more quastion, if site earning from adsense about 10$/day (300$=month) , so how much approximately I can expect sell that website on flippa ?

I'm no guru but I will tell you what I have seen.
Usually, you will need monthly income so the potential buyer can judge the price of the site.
However, I see a site with few days old sold at $1k and it has earned $10 with adsense.
I think keep the site a little long to see the consistent stream of income so you can sell you with higher price.

General rule is: older the history of earnings, higher the multiple.

If you've only got 1 month of adsense proof at $300, you might only get $600-900.

If you had 12 months of proof at $300 a month, you might expect to get nearer $5000.
