How to sell some good domains?

I have sold many sites on flippa but was wondering about selling great 3 word domain names. I have a bunch of coms that the sites got ignored for a year or two. They may average say $5-10 a month but I don't want to bother with them anymore.

Should i put them on flippa with the site included? I think i would make a hundred or two per site.

Or should I remove the site and just sell the domain? I see many 3 word domains listed on godaddy for stupid amounts.

Sell on sedo? I never used that before.
