I'm pretty sure this particular forum is meant only for enquiries concerning site flipping, and not to actually sell sites that you may own.

Regardless, you've given barely enough information to make a sale, and the information that you have given contradicts itself. On one hand you say that it generates $1,000 a month in the title of this thread, and in the body you say that it's generated over $1,200 in just a few months (taking a few to be three or more).

How you have 100 subscribers, I'll never know - unless you consider all people who've contacted you via the contact form to be "subscribers". Also, a quick search for the term "twitter final cut plaza" which is a pretty damn specific term, gave me no links to your twitter page.
