I did not make any thing with it. in fact it was sold at loss.
Now after reading it, that u get only one sales, for what so ever reason, that is also refunded. SO.....you also lost (. its very sad, I never want, that this happened.

The best thing we can do now is.
1. Please get another domain name
2. set with 2 checkout. Use the same sales letter. ( the only issue is, problem with domain name)
3. we will do seo part for u, including posting at classified sites. for free ( as we did for that site)
4. In few days u will get some sales, and 2 checkout will pay u by wire.
5. And in this way u will cover the cost.
Believe me, this is the best solution i can suggest you. really nothing left for refund. the only thing is that i help in building links so u can make profits.

5. $160 is not an issue. My point is, why Flippa suspend my account? Secondly, they did not ask my any thing.
Lastly, This happened second time now. I m honest from day one. In first case, a user open a claim in 40 day with PP, and i lost $780. Matter is still pending. I know, I m scammed.

And now, When site is performing, every thing was as described, why Flippa suspend my account?

Now the question is, Flippa is the safe option to sell the sites? Because, although u are doing every thing right still u can loss every thing or Flippa can suspend your account, without asking you any thing. By the way, after 2 scams in the row, i m not going to use them any more.

I m using Flippa since July, I m your Clint too. I have right to ask the question, That's why I m asking.
Winner of this auction "117696", send a letter to Flippa, and you suspend my account, and Flippa don't bother to ask me any thing. Just suspend the account. I think you should listen me first. For example, Judicatory here case of both parties then take decision. But in this case, one party make a complaint, you did not ask me ( the other part) any thing, just suspend my account. To be honest, its very irresponsible practices. Flippa should reanalysis it self too.
Now As, Flippa is asking me for Full refund, provided every thing is true, all sales traffic details are correct, every thing is delivered, give full support. By the way user ask me for partial refund and Flippa want for full refund.

Flippa Suspend my account because "for guideline violations."
These are Flippa Guideline ?

1. Buyer can bid on any site, And he is not liable to buy or not to buy. (this happened in past, and Flippa didn't do any thing)

2. Even if site is working as described, Buyer can open dispute with paypal and Steal money, Even then Flippa will not do any thing? Correct? This happened too, Please check your records.

3. And in case of E-books, Every thing is fine, But After 20 -25 days, due to any reason ( legal issue, then I agree to do SEO for her for free), buyer open a case, and flippa will suspend my account? even without hearing me or give an opportunity to tell my point, Flippa suspend that account.
Do you thing is it justice? Do you thing Flippa is working in Fair way? Flippa needs to analysis its working.

In this case (117696), user never ask for Full refund ( provide every thing is delivered to him), he contact Flippa, and Flippa suspend my account, without asking me the reason or give me an opportunity to put my point. Well if user open a claim at Paypal, the same thing happened. PP will investigate the matter, and for no reason I lost the money again.

Honestly, sites Like Flippa are only working because of sellers, if this is the attitude, who is going to sell sites?
Any ways, i m ready for refund, because buyer can open case at paypal too ). Now Please tell me about, 1. Flippa Listing Fee 2. Flippa Success Fee. Will Flippa refund it, or i have to bear it too?

After 2 scams in 40 days, reaaly no point in wasting time with flippa any more.

buyers can open dispute at PP or can complaint to flippa, in both case, its loss of listing Fee, success fee, domain names, time involve in listing, and lastly money money sites.

My blogs are making 300 + per month, I m planning to make 100's of such networks.. i think its better apprach, rater then selling for very less prise at flippa

1. So the matter was related to trademarked term. As i told you earlier, i was not aware of it, other wise i never buy that domain name.

a. Flippa listing fee, will you refund it or Not.
b. Flippa success fee, the same.
Okay, By mistake, i beach flippa rules, but why Flippa is making money in it. It should be refunded. I m just asking, as its the matter of principals
c. Domain name, Please ask the winner of the auction to return my domain name. I m ready to refund, then why should not get my all the assets.
d. Lastly, Can Flippa ensure me, that The report i give to the winner of this auction will not be sold again? And the Bonus, worth of $275 will not be used for any marketing efforts or give to others?

4. and winner of the auction buy it
so, why should i suffer loss only )

trust me, i have nothing to do with it, but what about there branding and whats there legal cell is doing now.

I've been scammed several times in the past with virtual items from a video game. I've learned that if you ship something to them and require them to sign for it BEFORE you send them anything virtually that Paypal will side with you if they ever come back and say they didn't receive the item.

You shouldn't be penalized for the trademark issue. The buyer was in full contemplatiom of the domain before he placed his bid.

I got scammed left and right back in 2008-2009. I was flipping sites full time. I made unique landing pages fully loaded with a unique product, affiliate center, banners, etc and towards the end some scammer that created tons of accounts put me out of business. I was so pissed and you know payment processors cough paypal cough don't backup the seller and are open to easy fraud. If you don't use the common payment method that they use than you miss out on a lot of bidders and really can't make a good profit.

I was thinking about flipping some sites. lacy1978, you mentioned that if you send them a product and make them sign for it that paypal sides with you. Do you just state in your description or something that you will send a disc with the site backed up on it and they must sign for it for security reasons or something? How do you go about protecting yourself? Thanks!

Posting sites by verified accounts should be free, and they just take a 5-10% commission and call it a day!

1. My head is spinning after reading everything, your English isn't the best and in this business communication is key, especially when your trying to verbally fight a company (in this case Flippa)

2. YOU registered a trademarked domain name, it was YOUR FAULT that the C&D letter was sent. Godaddy won't be held responsible for allowing you to register the domain - they will simply conform to any letter they themselves receive.
Flippa has a policy to not take action without a complaint. If a complaint is received then they look into things, they too will not stop an auction if it contains a trademarked term, so as i said before - it is 100% on you to ensure you are not breaking any laws.

3. You used Paypal and its really very easy to get scammed using it - i never use it unless i can afford to lose everything in the account. Paypal is still the easiest option for anything below $1000 in my opinion.

4. Over $1000 use Escrow, there are more horror stories regarding Paypal than there are regarding escrow.
