Hi guys, thinking of selling my 5 location based sites.

I started these sites four months ago and created a wordpress blog on each of them.

They have a directory style front page with the names, address and phone numbers of the top google place listings for each keyword, no links to them.

I have not added any articles, just a small adsense block and google map embed in the sidebar. Also, most of the backlinks are comment spam.

I have earned next to nothing on them and i'm lucky if I get a couple of hits a day, but was thinking that if some time was spent on these, either by adding unique content or using google places they may be profitable.

Was thinking of selling these sites on flippa.

Do you think these sites would be worth the listing fee?

Have you tried to contact people in the industry and exact location that the sites are built around and ask them if they might want to buy?

You may be able to sell them on Flippa, but since the sites are only targeted to a single area, you would probably have a better chance selling them to someone in those locations.
