Last time i requested $14.35 and they took about 8 days to pay that. Then I requested $45.00 and that was 10 days ago and I have not heard anything from them.
I wrote to them at least 6x asking for my money. It says on their website that anything over $40 is paid automatically but if you don't wanna wait you can request payment and they pay 4 days a week. I am num 80 on top earners so if they would do this to me then they do this to everyone . One of their representatives told me that payment should have taken two days and 8 days later I still have no payment and they will not respond regardless of how many times I write to them.

Shady practices, wouldn't surprise me if this were the same company as uploading.com. Just wanted to advice yall to beware, I dont think ill ever get my money. But even if they do give me the $40 I requested 10 days ago then it will be another 10 days before I see the other 90 dollars they owe me. No customer service and 10 days wait times... just like uploading at this point.

11 Days Now and they have marked the money as paid, they did not pay me and I contacted them again this morning with 2 emails (one through their support center) and still not replay.

Why not calling them?

@ newfnshow715 I hope you have gotten paid. I have been using depositfiles since march and haven't had any problems(knock on wood) Do you mind sharing what type of files you are sharing and where? I can't seem to get past 90 in the top earners list. I am sharing movies and music. Feel free to PM me.

Bc I dont have their phone number, and the last time I wrote to them they responded by limiting my account so I can make $3 per day max. They also freeze the stats for about 8 hours out of every 24. And they only pay you what you request, the problem with that is waiting 2 weeks there is other money owed to you and you need to wait 2 more weeks for that money and on and on.
