First off, this isn't about the money. I could care less about 100$ and I was actually about to let this one slide, but seeing this

really pissed me off. The fact that he thinks he could get away with scamming people after his little "project" filefire.org failed made me open a thread here.

The images above only shows 68$ because this email is the only proof I have, the website is down and the forums closed. Over the course of 2 months, I went on a hiatus and left it on auto-pilot, my balance in total is 96$ the last time I checked.

I first made a request on October 9 and didn't get a reply. My guess is all my mail went straight to the spambox after the first inquiry. The first email I sent was replied in 3 minutes. He clearly knew what I was referring to but decided to ignore the whole thing.

I wanted to log in to my account again to take some screenshots of the closed forum with a notice on top saying "Forum is closed. Please contact kyle@adshitmedia"



This screenshot was taken during the time of this posting.

Around the same time I got fucked over, many others had also faced the same problem (taken from their official FB page)

"Kyle" and his little project


Do note, I did not get banned. Kyle@adshitmedia just decided to abandon his little project and forget about it thinking he could get away with it.

I've looked over this thread several times and each time considered whether to approve it or not.

In the end, I am approving it because I wouldn't want someone who simply closed a previous network without paying it's affiliates to advertise their new one here.

The accused has been notified and has 48 hours to respond.

Apologies for not updating the thread, I thought my thread didn't get approved. Anyway, I've already sent the email and will update this thread when it has been resolved.

UPDATE: The word "ASAP" and "Next few hours" holds absolutely no meaning for this guy.

I notified him to wrap this up. Let me know if AdshiftKyle hasn't paid you in the next 48 hours. If that happens, I'll give him a wake up call via a temp vacation to make it happen.

This thread shocks me as I know kyle and have him on skype. You should just add him on skype as he wont tarnish his rep over $100

He clearly had the intention to scam, if it weren't for this thread here at BHW I'm pretty sure no one else would have known about this. I emailed him on the first week of OCTOBER. It doesn't matter whether or not I contact him through Skype or email, his intentions are very clear.

I got nothing as expected. A temp ban probably wouldn't mean much, but I'm gonna bookmark this thread for "future reference".

I'll start with a week to get his attention. If he fails to respond again, I'll go longer.
