Sameer Hosting

I got scammed by Sammeeer Hosing. I payed them $43 for hosting, then right after he added me to msn and we were talking, It was okay I guess. I asked him a question about the TOS on his site, and he say, "no problem we can change that!"

I thought it was kind of stupid how he changes the TOS just to satisfy a customer. Who knows, he could change it again to hurt me. So I asked for a refunds (this was only a few hours after I bought the hosting). He then blocked me, deleted my hosting, deleted my account on his site.

All I ask you to do is rate his thread 1 star out of 5 so he can't scam anyone else:

I filled a dispute on paypal, he immediately escalated it. Do you think I have a chance of winning the dispute?

hi. it happened with me the same thing, but those guys are from Midphase or 10TB hosting company and they robbed me over 600 dollars.

Thanks for replying. I noticed he was banned from DigitalPoint. I hope Paypal see's that he is a scammer. What do you guys think my chances are?

i bet you just cancelled the paypal payment and then he blocked you...

you wasted his time.... so i can understand his reaction tho for a good business, it would just refund it and move on....

Actually, he wasted my time. I'm the customer, the customer always comes first. The faster I cancel, the more right I have to a refund because I didn't use any of his resources. He hosted me for less than 12 hours, 2 of those hours were wasted by him not knowing how to set up my login.

He deleted and terminated my account BEORE I did a refund on paypal. I was forced to do a refund on paypal AFTER I couldn't login to review my ticket.

Who are you to be telling me what happened?

Ive spoken with LSN, and they say there is nothing they can do about our server that sameer refused to transfer, until enough evidence is provided that they are a fraud company

If you have any ANY dealing with sameerhosting and its turned out fraud or scamm, please follow the below statement from LSN


The very best thing that you can do right now is to find other people who claim to have been scammed by Sameerhosting.
Have them send their reports to [email protected].

If enough substantiated abuse reports are made, an investigation will be launched.

Yeah.. pretty sure I would never purchase hosting from DP..

I've bought a VPN from there once, it wouldn't stay connected, plus the guy spoke kind of like this:
"k i has payment received"

If he has scammed you, please follow what was orginaly posted by myself

I will report him to LSN as well. But I'm wondering how that will help get our money back.

It wont help your case, it will help ours, and then they wont have anymore dealings with him again

Hello Everyone Am New to this Forum

Autally the 2 Hours We Did Know how to set it up It was that Our root Passwords Are over 500 Letters Long with Loads of Wierd Characters

m3-dan Is not a customer of ours he keeps going Round Posting About us
the Autal Server owner has told dan to Stop Posting this but he won't he keeps going round Posting Stuff About us

Also you didin't Mention the domain we gave you As you asked for one
That Wat a cost for us Also

And we only did the price we did because We wanted to sell a bit more that day we had over a 100 orders Autally our best sales in a while so i paied off the servers for another month as everything comes to a post of $220

All of this That dan is posting is really wrong Also by the time that Few Hours as passed we paied off the servers so that left us with nothing
And then he asked for a refund i said ok please do a ticket as once the funds are there we will refund you so then we closed his account as we would reply to it via ticket so he could see it in his email box and i was going to refund the payment but then went into paypal and it there was 1 dispute about this payment so then as of our terms of service we have the right to canceal and termainte a customers account at anytime The max upload limit was at 30mb witch it should be autally 500mb Due to i had to put this in as our max cpu usage our overselling policy

Another thing blablabla blabla is the server owner he has told dan to stop but he carrys on Please Ignore him Also you will get a refund once the dispute has been closed

Also Reporting sameerhosting will just get blabla's server Susspend By Lsn Them Selfs

The fact of the matter is, i have the clients permission to post, ask him urself,

you are a lieing, scamming, fraudulant 14year old kid with no money to invest

face the facts, your wrong, and just move our server like we have asked numerious times

Anyone publishing REAL names, addresses, personal information and such will be banned.

my mom does Know yes i do not live with her I live in a Kids home and this is going deep into my Personal life so Leave it out

I run the company does not matter of my age at all so leave that out of this Please

And everyone keeps going round doing stuff like this just because of my age I can only be pushed so Hard and soon i will fall All of this is just makeing me want to leave the company and sell it as carnt take anymore of this

Yaknow, just follow the wishes of your customer (Andrew) and follow his wishes and this would stop, its that simple

The Server was Brought Under Us So we carn't transfer the server to you via LimeStone that Is not going to Happen
