Don't Order from KIMI... Worst Service Provider.. False Promises.. Liar..

Hello Guys,

I ordered Infinite SEO (difficult competition) Package from KIMI on 2nd of May 2013 and since then all I have got from him is false promises, lies and excuses.

I gave him my keyword (which is like "X and Y in CITY") and he told me to order HIGH Competition Keyword and give me $50 discount and I ordered a High Competition Package on 2nd of May for $547. So he claims in his Infinite SEO Package it is 2 months of link building ("STEADY LINK GROWTH OF MINIMUM 2 MONTHS")..

Problem 1
I ordered on 2nd May and I didnt hear back from him. On May 6, I pinged him on skype if there was any update on my order and he responded that I was scheduled to receive basecamp details that day which I didnt receive.

On May 8 he asked me for my email address to send basecamp details which I provided him. He also told me, "[08/05/2013 03:56:51] Kimi: but I wanted to ask you something - as I see you have some major flaws in the on-page SEO and I'm willing to do it as a bonus

I agreed for it and provided him with WPlogin, FTP, hosting login info on May 8 but he didn't do any Onpage SEO for several days to follow. So then I thought maybe I should leave a review before and I left a review in his thread on May 17 about his offering of on-page SEO but to date he hasn't done any On-page SEO.

Once I got the basecamp details I noticed that linkbuilding was scheduled to start from May 24 and ending on July 3. I asked him if the campaign can be delivered earlier but he told me it can be risky and I agreed with his devised schedule.

Problem 2
First set of link building deadline missed which was scheduled by him on May 24 and I didnt hear from him anything about my project. So I decided to contact him -

I would request you to kindly provide update on my project. Last time you informed that you will be providing reports in basecamp but I am not seeing any update in it. Also the onpage seo to my little knowledge is also not attended to.

To be honest, I am getting a bit impatient now."


Only after this PM was the first set of link building done.

So this was all I got from him till date. I have got 5 Web 2.0 and 15 Social Bookmarks till date. The site was nowhere in Google when I ordered and it ranked nowhere as on date. Ahrefs and MajesticSEO shows 1 backlink.

Second set of link building was schedule for June 6, 2013 which is not completed as on date. I waited and waited and waited but I didnt hear from Kimi. By this time I was really unhappy and pissed and I decided to write him a PM. Here it is -

I am really not happy!! I planned to write this review in InfiniteSEO thread but it is closed.

How many times are you going to give false promises. Never ever till now have you fulfilled on your words. I am extremely disappointed by your service so far. Just delays and excuses so far. Many a times you have given guarantees but not fulfilled what you said.

I don't see any Onpage SEO done for which you approached me and asked me to do a review in exchange of Onpage SEO, in which i did my part but you never did.

I paid you $547 on May 2, 2013. Forty days have passed since then and what I have received so far are 5 Web 2.0 and 15 social bookmarks. Yesterday I check indexing of those and only 2 Web 2.0 are indexed in Google and no social bookmark is indexed. Ahrefs and MajesticSeo shows 2 backlinks.

This is really disappointing.

I hereby request refund for my payment as you have never delivered on the reflected date in Basecamp SEO which was devised purely by yourself. I even asked you to do the campaign a bit quicker but it was you asked to do it slowly and even on your devised schedule you are not delivering.

2 backlinks in 40 days? So much for InfiniteSEO, what I have experienced so far is InfiniteDelay and Hollow Promises.

Please refund my payment so that I can order SEO services from other BSTs.

The main thing to notice here is that he didnt show intent to refund and just kept giving excuses. So we both agreed on a date that by 22nd June the Project will be finished or otherwise he will refund me.

Time passes and June 22nd is also missed btw he sent he two emails but never sent me any report.

POINT TO NOTE -
He is not discussing about my email where I said REFUND MONEY but he is discussing about a thread where I applied as a prospective VA (which I did to know what was going on behind the scenes) and telling me all his bullshit problems. The 3 Web 2.0s he is referring to above, only 1 is a new web 2.0 and 2 of them are from first set of 5 web 2.0 already delivered. Now he also confessed here that 25 web 2.0 are created (to be honest I dont believe in him anymore).

Also to note he is not able to deliver my project but then he started a new thread 'Black Hat Infinity' while doesnt have manpower to handle client projects. He is hiring VAs here while Clients like keeps on waiting.

He is also confessing that only 25 web 2.0 are created whereas in his email of 23rd June, he confirmed all web 2.0 and social bookmarks was completed (and i knew they weren't because i was not provided with any report). This proves He is a LIAR.

He even claimed on 25th June that Video submission was completed and that he will do PDF submission on the same day (which is again a BLATANT LIE).

Now again I am waiting for KIMI's response for past 4 days but I didn't hear anything from him.

So, I call on BHW Community to avoid ordering any service from such a Liar, Carefree, Insensitive Seller. He doesn't give a damn about his customers.

Now, some may say I should wait and resolve this with him in private as he is a Respected Guy here at BHW but I ask you guys, how long can and should I try and resolve this with him. I could wait a week, he doesn't get back to me and then I write a email to him. He again give excuses and this goes on and on and on.

Please confirm you received $400 also because in the OP I can see you've said we haven't talked in last 4 days and that you also request immediate refund. However, the $400 refund was done by me this morning as I have talked with you and this shitlist was opened by you long hours after I have sent the $400 amount to you.
 
I'm pretty disappointed with Kimi's service too. There's always a huge delay and false promises and excuses. I ordered same service (Medium competition $497) Package from Kimi on april 27th. Kimi sent me the basecamp detail on 1 May. The linkbuilding was scheduled to start from May 10 and ending on June 28. Untill today, the order has been only partially completed. I got only three reports ( WEB 2.0 *2 + SOCIAL BOOKMARKING *1), the total reports should be 8-10.


After 2 month, i got only 8 backlinks (Ahrefs.com) and 12 backlinkg from 4 domains (majesticseo.com)
How Ridiculous! Kimi, i buy your service just beacause i believed you are a pecialist of high prestige here, but you let me down, please refund my money too.

Before I followed all threads and blueprints by Kimi, thinking "wow this stuff is great, this guy knows his shit".. then I ordered a service for about $100-150, can't remember. SEO bomb, it was.

To be honest, i had better results from a 5$ BST from another provider. I also got a report with a couple of web 2.0s with competely bullshit unrelated content, a couple of social bookmarks, .etc.. as i said, not even worth $5. I didn't really complain cos i"m not that kind of person, but honestly OP, I completely side with you.


Kimi is the kind of member like this... cultivate a great rep on BHW, pass off as a knowledgeable SEOer, offer services which look amazing.. however, its crap. Useless.. after his service, my traffic and my rankings didn't increase even a bit. I wouldn't go so far as calling it a scam or opening a shitlist, just crap business practice, definitely not worth the price which to be honest is quite high. As I said, I got better results from $5 BST providers.

edit: Kimi, will you offer a refund to me? Last time I complained to you you said you would have another blast on your "mysterious" (imaginary?) blog network... now the only thing I interested in is getting a refund, even a partial refund. As I said, your service didn't bring me even $1 so i'm not interested in additional links or anything from you except my money.

And since I have refunded $400 to Mohammed and I asked for some time to make up for the $150 I won't be able to refund you instantly today. It's obvious I will need some time for you to make up for the $497 I have to send.

Refunded a big part of the rest just now. In total has been refunded 540$. I can't send the full rest + the fees so I will need few more days to send the rest and payment fees that will cover the full refund.

Next is GiorgioB with 147$ to be refunded and floorten with 497$ to be refunded. I'm trying to do these two refunds as soon as possible obviously.

But I am thankful to BHW Mods and Admin for getting this problem resolved.... BHW as a community is indeed great... This Shitlist Thread system really serves as a tool for members to guard their interests and warn others..

Thanks Mohammed, as talked on Skype yesterday I will cover the fees too and regarding the 2 months lost I also said on Skype that we're not gonna delete the backlinks so that you will see rankings for your site.

Working out to solve this situation in the best condition possible and trying to make it up for the time lost of course.
 
I am having exact same problem KIMI, having ordered a package to test him out a month a go, soo far from what I can tell this guy has a way with words but lacks in action. He assuered me work had started 2 weeks ago and i should see movements over the coming weeks. One of the days he even told me " I am personally taking care of your order as we speak" I have the feeling he is a professional con artist. Time will tell....
