Scammer Kairudia running JV's

Since it was only a few hundred bucks i didn't personally care but the guy runs off with my money without finishing the work...but this is what pissed me off he is doing JV's like he is legit

I figure i would save some BHW member some time cause that guy will def run off with your money and waste it. I posted the screen shot of him admitting he ran off with my funds

This guy claims he has 12 years of coding experience, and he was spreading false rumours about my software and posting wrong info on my BST. Only when I posted a screen cap of the whole thing, he would shut up finally. That shows how much experience he has.

Good to know that he has been shitlisted for scamming members here.

I never asked this guy any money for upfront... He paid me upfront just because he would manipulate me and get Venome Seo thing done. He also lied to me about the venom SEO code.. Actually that code was just a decompiled version of original software. I worked hard for almost 3 months without any money and now after 1 year this guy is asking me money ??
But just for sake of professionalism I was ready to give his money back even though I don't owe him anything !

I don't have to answer to anybody who have lied to thousands of Venom SEO customers.

I have made my position clear and I am not going to say anything about it again.

1. as you can see you can't even lie correctly why would i just randomly pay you to have work done? So I can manipulate you into getting venomseo done???? that doesn't even make sense how does that manipulate you in any way shape form or fashion i paid u to get work done...u ran of with money and didn't finish the work.

lets think about this, your message to me in PM was "I swear i would give you your money back" well who gives money back that was randomly giving to them?????
The reason that you was sorry was because you know you didn't finish the work you was paid for.

All you did was verify to the venomseo customers what i been saying all along, that it was being worked on..you verified that u been working on it for 3 months! sooooo where did i lie?? clue me in.

wiz i think the programmer said he worked ont he code for 3 months for no pay the GG paid him so i would think its even since he did state he worked for 3 months with no pay.

Just my opinion but best of luck to GG and the programmer hope they can come to a agreement

From what I remember about the earlier thread, didn't GG say that 'the programmer' (guessing he was talking about Kairudia) kept the code he had developed and never gave it to GG? If that's the case (and obviously only GG and Kairudia know the truth there) - then GG would have received nothing for the money he did pay and would be owed the initial investment.

If GG had received the code that had been developed to date, then the question as to how much had been paid and the value of what was received has to be figured...

nah, wrong programmer i don't wanna get into that whole spill again that's been resolved, Kairudia was someone i hired after the fact and he never provided or finished the work that he was paid to do, venomseo is fine as far as development is concern currently...I only shit listed this guy because he is running JV's and un trust worthy BHW member, like i said i didn't care to much for the personal lost...but he has the nerve to come on BHW and run JV's like he is legit. That's why I asked posted the screen shot of the conversation he pm'ed me in BHW.

He didn't provide the actual work he did, so how can it be even i wouldn't even be shitlisting the guy if he provided the work smh

Work term was pay per hours not pay per deliverables.

If you think the deal is work per hour, then you still have to successfully deliver progressively per pay.

Exactly... for you to obtain pay per hour you have to either deliver a service (which is what I do for my 'day job' - I'm an IT Sys Admin) or a product. If you stop in the middle of a project and still expect to get paid for the hours worked, you have to at least deliver the work in progress to the employer. If you haven't delivered anything to GG then you have zero work to be paid for and therefore would owe him anything he paid you in advance.

This is just my view from the outside but in the end, it's whatever you two agreed upon and the rest of us are just filling space... lol
