ContentCreation is a repeat non-deliverable - needs to be banned

Ok, I've been here long enough that I should have checked his iTrader - my bad on that:

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had with the internet but am
glad that you're back up and running. You are right, I have been
pretty patient up until this point, and am willing to wait just a few
more days. I can tell you that I am not going to let this go beyond
the 30 day point - in fact, I'm not going to let it go beyond 28 days
just to ensure I can put a dispute in if it is necessary.


Sooo... this is what I'm willing to do. I will give you until this
Saturday to get them done - if I do not have them before Sunday
morning my time, then I will put in a dispute for anything not
completed. If you have sent me half of them, I will put a dispute in
for half of it. If you have sent them all and they are of decent
quality, then we'll be cool.


So, the choice is yours - you've got the list - can you knock out the
25x600 word quality articles by this Saturday night? If you can't, I
would suggest sending the refund rather than having me put in a
dispute.

and now I am doing exactly what I said I would. He has not produced the agreed upon product. He did not initiate a refund, which I gave him a chance to do. I have put in a Paypal dispute but reguardless of whether I recover my $100 or not, ContentCreation needs to be banned. We do not and should not tolerate members who take other members payment without delivering the product that they agreed upon.

The site sample is very very shitty , 28 days are enough for writing that many articles

I wasn't looking at the look and feel of his sample site, just the content because I was just looking for the articles.

I expect that I'll recover the money, but in either case, this along with his other non-deliverables, it's time for him to be banned IMO.

He just lost a valuable customer. If I were him I'll do my best to make you happy so that there will be more orders to come. I'm sorry for your loss.

Yea he scammed me too but since the amount involved was too small, I didn't open a shitlist thread. I feel sorry for OP and hope you get your money back.

I'm not too concerned overall - I'm pretty sure that Paypal will reverse it - I just don't want scammers like him within our membership here. Kinda surprised an Mod hasn't chimed in. Figured over the weekend (and the US holiday yesterday) it may not be noticed, but figured one of them would check out the SL this morning.

*Edit* I had sent his brother the money via Paypal so I had looked up both of them up on Facebook. ContentCreation wasn't active there, but his brother was. I messaged him on Sunday that his brother was on the BlackHatWorld Shitlist and included this URL. I didn't get a response but his brother posted yesterday, so I'm pretty sure he would have seen the message. I also left info on ContentCreation's skype. I'll be surprised if I hear from him again.

Well, it's been 5 days since I opened this thread - would appreciate a Mod stopping in and initiating contact. I'll be glad to send the full contact info (his Skype is listed in his profile and I have his and his brother's email addresses). I have sent this thread to them and encouraged him to come to the thread.

I have seen Mods in the past ask what would satisfy the OP to put the issue to rest - so I will just say that for me, I think that the only thing that should keep him from being banned would be not only answering my dispute with a refund but also to pay back dabeast and download what he took from them. I don't care if it was $5 or $50 from each of them, he took money from them and didn't deliver as well. For him to 'make things right', he needs to issue a refund to me AND them.

If he doesn't issue the refund to all 3 of us, I think he should be banned. I am waiting about a week into the Paypal dispute to escalate it for refund just to give him the chance to respond. So far it's been 5 days and nada from him.

His last activity day is 05-22-2012 03:55 PM.MOD have to take an action now.

Some days I can finish 25 articles in around 1-2 days. You were way more than generous.

I would just say, if you are willing to pay more for guaranteed results, just buy your articles from Textbroker or similar site.

I have paid more for articles and bought them from others - just saw what looked to be a bargain and he didn't deliver... so even though Paypal will probably refund the $100 to me, their Paypal is most likely already emptied. For such a small amount he will likely lose his BHW membership and his PP account (unless he pays them back). My BHW account is worth MANY times that amount to me.

Its been fishy in the first place that he made you sent the payment to a fresh paypal since it says unclaimed. Problem is, you fell into the trap.

contentcreation has been permbanned. Other people came forward with issues, apparently he's been running off with multiple peoples money.

Thank you Bleemz... such a shame that he would crash his membership here by scamming other members.

I am happy that neither Logan nor Matthew (the two brothers) responded to the paypal dispute and yesterday afternoon Paypal sided with me. It 'was able to recover $100' and has already sent it towards my bank account which should credit it within the next couple of days.

So, in the end I just lost some time and effort but recovered the cash.

What is the most surprising to me is that the $100 US is worth about 64 GBP. That's not even 8 hours of minimum wage there - and he sacrificed a BHW account that was just over a year old with 500+ posts and what was a decent reputation before he screwed it up. I don't know about him, but my account is worth far more to me than that!

Should always check Itrader just in case of situations like this.

Also there are enough verified BST's for article writing for you to not put yourself in that position IMO.
