Proof of purchase? Proof of previous conversation? Surely you have a chat log or screenshot of something. If not, I'd advise keeping logs for these types of occasions.

I've attached to screenshots. He said he could deliver 60,000 views for $85 and 500 comments for $15 then sent me an email about 12 hours later saying he could only do 30,000 views at that price. I tried emailing him since then repeatedly with no response. Needless to say no views have been delivered.

When you send a ton of views to youtube, they won't show up for a couple days usually. Also, it's been less than 24 hours. I think you're getting tons of spam comments because of all the views. Maybe that's wrong, but I definitely would wait to see if you've gotten the views before you call someone a scammer.

I see in your chat logs that you asked for comments, but it appears you didn't want them after they were delivered. Can you please clarify? How many total views does it say that your video has right now?

He did promise the comments and the views, spam or not spam, there are the 500 comments? The views also should take more than 24 hours to show up.
As far as I see, he may have delivered what you wanted.
But do keep us updated.

I'm not YT genius (or any other kind of genius) but I do remember that at one time YT would stop updating your views at 300 (perhaps that # is not accurate but it is something along those lines) for a period of time and then add in all those views.

As to comments and such I have no clue but I do remember the views thingy.

part of me buying the comments was that they wouldn't get flagged as spam. we discussed that and he assured me they would look natural. the result is I got 500 comments that were ALL flagged as spam immediately. The video is at 2000 views right now but thats from the coverage its been getting, not because anything he has been done. 2000 is the typical amount of views these videos get in this amount of time.

This name kalu111 sounds very familiar, I think I've seen his name on DP too. Haha I'm actually his main supplier for facebook fans, sorry to hear that you have been scammed but I suggest you wait a while because YouTube locks your video's view count after 300 views to make sure it's all legit. As for the 500 comments, just unflag it?

i'm not talking about a 300 freeze. I know all about the 300 freeze. Here's are the stats as of right now. This isn't the stat of someone who just bought 60,000 or 30,000 views to be delivered in 24 or 48 hours.

This is the type of traffic this artist always does on his videos. The point of buying views was to boost this.

Nah i definitely had other providers deliver more than 30,000 in 24 hours and it showed quickly just for significantly more money. i guess i got what i paid for.

This is definitely a scam at this point. He hasn't delivered a single view and has completely fallen off the face of the earth.

i randomly just checked kalu's profile and it looks last his last time logging on was 2/7/2012. Previously he hadn't logged on the site since ripping me off. That means he has at least seen my PM's by now and still yet to respond or deliver any impressions.
