This guy is a big scammer. Purchased some accounts from him, and he didn't deliver them. So, be careful doing business with this shithead.

Just saying that he is a scammer won't be any good. He might have another story to the side as well. Post some more proof or information of what happened.

Here's the guy's offer: "Ok here is my offer, 100$ and you will get 2 peerfly accounts and 1 cpainfinity account and 1 adscendmedia account with 10$++ unpaid earnings."

We cut the deal for $80, I payed him and never got the accounts. Many messages were sent to him, after that, but without reply.

There's a reason behind forum's rules. Follow them and you'll avoid headaches. Thanks for the heads up though, it usually prevents others from being scammed, and also reminds them not to fall for these shady members' tactics.
