Okay here is the story...

18/11/2011 - jasonfodor approach me, asking about fb pva...so i told him about the cost.

20/11/2011 - jasonfodor pay to my paypal

21/11/2011 - i sent him 30 fb pva to his paypal address

26/11/2011 - jasonfodor pm me...said that all account looks good...

02/12/2011 - jasonfodor pm me...said that all account deleted? and accusing me that re-use the phone number. I am saying he is noob, dont understand what has happened..the account simply need re-verifications because of what he doing in facebook...mass add friends, mass pm, change passwords, etc.
So i gave him 2 choices...
Option 1, i refund his money.
Option 2, i made him new account with 14 days phone re-verification supports.
Jasonfodor choose option 2.
But since he worries about ip address, so i gave him phone verification codes, instead of accounts. So he can use his own ip address. This is all from new simcards.

08/12/2011 - he said that he is confused how to use it..even when i gave him specific instruction on the email body when i sent him the codes
So i told him again how to do it. And told him how i frustated on him not paying attention + clueless of what facebook game now is.

11/12/2011 - he said that i do not understand how facebook verification works (woow okay..im in this business since 2009 and i do it daily). So i teach him once more how to do it (more details this time). Plus gave him 1 free phone verification code, but also told him that the codes already expired (not inputed more than 3 days). And it is his fault. But he said that it is because i sent to his email address..not by pm here
OK i send him 30 new facebook phone verification codes again. No words from him until....

ok i used all codes. m ade all new profiles 2 days ago. than i signed on today. every account asked me to re-enter code because they sent new text message to phone number.
not sure what problem is. seems this is always happening. please refund money, I will try another seller, maybe USA phone verified. my paypal email = ioXXXXXX7@hotmail.com

Instead of wanting phone re-verification he want his money back ???

18/12/2011 - i check my paypal and he sent me a dispute of item not received.

Please suggest me what should i do?
In total it already costs me more than he paid me...
he paid for 30 phone verified accounts...and i sent him 30 accounts+60 codes

What im so frustated about is..he didn't understand the facebook game,so he blame all of the shit on me?

I am willing to re-verified his 30 accounts, all he need to do is retract the dispute, and talk to me on skype to send me his accounts detail to unlock (will take about 24-48 hours to do...depends on facebook re-verification system)
But..because of his untrusted behaviour i will not offering any services in the future to this person.

maybe you just claimed the fb account with the code and keep the account with you..is it possible?

That PM should be, by itself, an instant ban - it's pretty obvious that he scammed you and doesn't care. Unfortunately it may be hard to get your accounts back though..

@ OP - Paypal should come down on your side seeing as it was a transaction for digital goods, their protection policy rarely finds in the buyer's favor when thats made clear to them. Make sure you reiterate that in your rebuttal.
