Hey guys, long story short, I was scammed by a guy for a few hundred USD. He's not a BHW member, but I thought you guys might have some advice.

Maybe you think it's petty, but anyone who has been scammed knows the sinking feeling after you pay the money and the guy disappears forever.

He's an Australian little piece of s*** kid. Luckily, I made sure to get his facebook beforehand, and now half his high school knows he scammed someone on the internet.

The Paypal claim is still in the works, but it's 50/50 at this point.

Question: What can I do with his cell phone #, in terms of racking up huge amounts of money, spam messages, etc?

Give him miss calls at midnight. Send him raunchy photos of men showing penis. Make his life pathetic.

Go to Craigslist in the gay personals and place his number up in a couple ads... make sure they are big cities so he receives a couple hundred calls a day. Write his # and a good phrase in the bathroom at your local truck stop. The fun can continue forever till you receive your $.

Do following: See if you can find where he live if he is in your city. Take a couple pictures of his house. Call him at midnight and just take a big breath at phone and end call. Then send him MMS or pictures of his house to his phone. Then text him send him sms ( U got time till next week to give money back you stole ) Otherwise ill wait your family!

You will probably get ur money back!

1. Scare him - it works, if you do it properly,

say you got connections within facebook and they have got his IP address,

get his local area name and tell him you will have to complain to the police there unfortunately.

2. he's a kid right, Get his parents number from any of his friend ,talk to them

,let them know that if this doesnt get sorted you will complaint to higher authorities

who will take him in their custody or juvenile if the parents can't teach him ethics.

Thanks guys, appreciate all the advice. I got my money back today after calling Paypal. After I got scammed the first time, I knew what precautions to take and what to say (and not say) to Paypal, thanks to people on this and other boards.

I still would like to screw the little prick over, mostly to teach him a lesson and teach him his "place," but I'll have a hard time finding his parents with only his #. For as many messages as I sent on facebook -- dozens -- I only found one kid who was willing to talk to me. He said he knew him and they used to go to the same high school, but he didn't wanna say any more.

I guess the gay personals is an idea, but its way too much effort on my part. I was just hoping someone had a nice piece of the puzzle type idea, like "go to ___.com and PM [name]" or "___.com has an automatic way ring up bills on ppls cell phones / harass the hell out of them." Since not, I guess I'll just (reluctantly) drop it.

if your in the US and he's in oz then there's no way the police would be getting onvolved internationally for a couple of threatening texts! if you can find his address then you dont even need to be near it to take pictures. Google maps streetview
