Summary: I paid Casino-K $20 dollars via Paypal to do 20 ads for me in the w4m section. He told me he sold phone #'s and was a CL poster and that he had CLAD. I assumed he had some ads that were ready and asked me to provide him with the ads which was no problem.

He went on to tell me that I need to go out and find him customers to buy phone #'s from him. He said he had to pay off his IPs or otherwise, he couldn't do the work. I told him I couldn't do it tonight. He tells me I'll have to wait.

I asked for a refund and he told me he already transferred it to his bank and that it was gone. He said I'll get back on Monday (which has been over a week now) and nothing yet.

He was being a wise ass if you read the conversation. I told him I needed the ads today and hes like "that doesn't mean you need them right now".

I'm sorry to say, I've had dealings with Casino-K in the past, and they didn't end well for me, either. He got me for $220.

The guy is a straight-up scammer.

it's one of the top CL posters (probably has more stuff, i dont have it myself), cladg.com is the site i believe but it seems to be down for me atm

Yeah, I needed some numbers fast, because my regular supplier was having some issues. I knew about Casino-K, and thought if he could get me some numbers quickly, I could cover my customers.

Huge mistake.

He took the money and disappeared for several days. Then had the nerve to text me, and couldn't understand why I was pissed. And never did deliver the numbers.

There doesn't seem to be another Shit List thread about him but just search his name, and you can find several threads about him.

He started out doing pretty good, and several people vouched for him (which is why I contacted him to begin with), then he started going downhill.

He was using the user name "OG310", and I think he got temp-banned for selling outside a BST. That user name now appears to be active again.

Regardless, as of right now, he seems to be doing better at the scamming trade than anything else. He is certainly prolific.

Tried to buy phone #s from him ( Skype: Casino-K ) last week. Told me that usual delivery time is 24hrs. After 5 days, he's still been leading me on. Filing a dispute in PayPal.

If a guy can't properly communicate with me and tell me something will be late without me constantly asking for it, he's untrustworthy. As much as I want to give the guy a chance to deliver, so far he's given me no reason to believe he wants to. I would avoid working with him until proven otherwise.

I concur with all of you guys. I purchased numbers from him a few months ago. He said 24hrs I would have it and it took him 4 weeks. It took me flipping out on him on skype everyday and the threat of paypal a few times and he finally sent me the numbers. He's very suspect

Casino-K scammed me out fop $300 I paid him for phone lines that he never delivered. He gave me the run-around for 2 months and then stopped responding to my skypes.

Whatever you do, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM Casino-K!

Forget about paypal.. they will never do anything unless a physical good is involved where an evidence of delivery is possible.. for virtual goods and services .. their response to me was.. sorry we cant help you.. I took it up with my bank and i also filed a complaint with FBI cyber crimes unit.

Most people got to know him thru this forum or thru a recommendation from Proxy Rentals.. Why is he still not banned? Why is he still allowed to be scamming members of this forum?

nope placed a order for 20 #s on the 10th said would be 24 hours and 4 days later nothing...

I just got scammed by this guy, goes by the name of MarketWorx and MarketWorx310 at gmail or apdkb at netscape are his paypal addresses. Its very unfortunate that PayPal hasn't done anything for others, as I had a balance in PayPal and I wasn't able to pay with my Amex card even if I wanted, which I did for this exact reason. Pathetic.

Anyways, I paid him $390 six days ago, and I do not have my $100 numbers nor is he responding to me for the last few days via Skype or PayPal. Pretty sad to hear that hes scammed so many people yet hes still around to the same...

On another note, if you guys know of a reliable and professional number provider (craigslist use), please don't hesitate from contacting me as I am really in desperate need now, as I have a rDSL rental I am paying for and have just been scammed by this loser who I was expecting to deliver on his promises.

Hoping for PayPal to stand behind their guarantee, would mean that every once in a while PayPal loses money. That doesn't sound like the PayPal I know.

The scammer escalates my claim, provides no documentation yet adds a comment saying he emailed me 4 times and that it is an intangible good and he cannot provide tracking information, and Paypal dismisses the claim.

Screw PayPal. Theres a reason I haven't used them for years.

He told me if i got wired for another dsl and the change a computer to windows xp from vista that i would become part of his network and have access to many other member computers and they would have access to mine....i never got hooked up and never told how to use the other members.....been a month and he does not return email or skype messages etc...they did down load some stuff on to the computer but never told me how to use it.....etc....it is worthless to me....do not rely on this guys word...
