I think it's clear to anyone with a brain that I am not try to scam anyone, since who would scam someone if you pay more for a donor status etc. I think it is clear that it's not the case. sk8tavou invested money in a plan, it was clearly explained and I trusted him also to login to my accounts and pay from there (there never was money on my pp account)

at this moment I am working very hard on my salespageMS to make money since I still don't have any money, (if you don't believe me watch some things here http://www.pryxe.com/SalesPageMS/) all I can do at this moment for sk8tavou is work for him as a compensation and I have no problem paying rent over the money. I can build complete sites and do graphics designs for him. but I simply do not have any money to give. We worked out an investment plan and it failed that is the story and he knew the risks if he had misunderstood something that is maybe my fold since he didn't always understand everything I was saying (not sure about sk8tavou's native language)

I think the final decision is up to mods. I think they can understand my side and if they go for a ban that is there choice, it's useless for both sides since there wont be money for any one. but if sk8tavou thinks that will solve the case for him I really think mods should consider it.

however I would love to pay the money back without any doubt and I am working really hard on it, I have a very busy life 9-5 work + performances in weekends and days in the studio. I am working freaking hard on this new project to get money and pay.

It sounds like Klazazor is trying to do what's right. True he had until today to pay up, but you can't make a turnip bleed. American saying for, if he doesn't have money, he doesn't have money. He has offered to work the money off, which would be good enough for me if he owed me money.

I don't think this is fair at all.. I don't see how this is a good job. Over here we have a saying "van een kale kip kun je niet plukken" meaning that you can't pluck feathers from a already bald chicken (you can't take money from someone that has no money). But it doesn't seem that this is the case.. He brags bout being very rich and going to a private school and being the 1% and when it comes down to it he can't pay the money he basically borrowed.

And it's not a scam (I think) it's just unfair

I won't call it a scam,KlaAz0r accepts the fact that he owes money but he can't repay atm,if I was OP,I will wait for KlaAz0r to finish whatever venture he is working on,after all,its business and losses are bound to come.He is even ready to work as a compensation.Slapping a ban on his face shouldn't be the remedy here.I think OP should show some kindness unless he need those money urgently.

Ok - sk8tavou and m0nster have both agreed to give Klaazor 2 weeks from today to settle up. Normally we'd pull the trigger after setting a deadline but these guys were kind enough to want to talk out a resolution that would benefit everyone. We had a short discussion on IRC and were able to work out something fair for all parties involved.

In the meantime Klaazor will still be restricted from posting JV threads.

We'll follow up on 12-13-11 and see where this stands.

I've messaged him on Skype as well. No reply..

Messaged Klaazor again about tomorrow's deadline. If anything has been paid off be sure you let me know before tomorrow.

I wish this would have gone down differently.

Kudos to sk8tavou and m0nster for jumping through hoops to accommodate Klaazor even after he stiffed them. These guys really put in the extra effort to try and reach a solution that would allow everyone to walk away happy.

Unfortunately Klaazor has chosen to miss the second deadline and ignore my repeated requests for updates on this situation. With a 9-5 job and supposed successful online ventures there's no reason he couldn't have paid these debts back in the 2 week extension he was given. As a result I'm now forced to ban him permanently from BHW and leave this thread live for anyone who might have future dealings with him. I would recommend anyone who is actively partnering with Klaazor think twice about continuing on with him.

Over 100 bucks wtf is wrong with him? Thought he was part of the 1%?
