I requested to cancel trial, he didn't and took money, ok well than I should get licence on 1 month, I start writing on his topic and he CANCEL MY LICENCE FOR WHICH I PAD.

Why did you not cancel your paypal subscription from your end during the trial??? most trials work like that

I asked to cancel trial 2 days before. I never had problem with any support of any software and they always cancel it.

I always writing a letter when I'm cancelling something to explain why I'm doing that and I didn't wanted to show me as someone who trying something for free and just cancelling payment without explanation.





There is no company, I tried to find details of their US address and those guys coming from some Cambodia or something.


That guy cancel licence because I asked to refund in first day by PayPal (so according to him I made fraudulently claim HAHAHA).


Any way I have ready sue for that guy and his company and just need his real address.

Man I sent several emails, messages on Skype with request of refund. Then I filed PayPal claim, and he BLOCKED MY LICENCE because I made "fraudulently" claim (yeah 2 hours after they charge money claim to get my money is fraud according to GreenGoblin THIEF)

You are simply stupid. If there is a subscription made by you, its your decision to cancel it. If you failed, forgot to cancel, you can ask them NICELY for a refund, with providing subscription ID, transaction ID and date. If you are so stupid that you cant handle your preapproved payments in your paypal, its your fault.

LoL I'm not native speaker beside I'm very angry right now and I do not care too much about grammar.

VenomSEO has good potential, but they don't update regularly and their forum is absolutely useless. You get no answers there. The license isn't working for many customers with the beta 2.0 and they don't do anything about it.

Some couldn't use it for a month and they paid for it in that period. They say update is coming in 2 days and if you have luck you get it 3-4 weeks later.

I remember some months ago there were raving reviews about it in the forum here and now they all disappeared. Nobody is talking about it. I believe these were manipulated reviews to get them going.

Our company supplier policy ?? If everything will go well money will be taken from thief account, so it is more investment in punishment of thief.

2. You didn't cancel the trial via paypal, and got billed for a months service.

You control your own paypal account, and at any time could have cancelled the trial before rebill. You have failed, not the software provider.

When people request refunds direct with paypal, it looks very bad on the company. It makes the company look like it is potentially scamming people. It puts that company on paypal's radar ... and if enough of that happens the company can have their funds frozen.

So you put VenomSEO's paypal account that much closer to having their funds frozen because you couldn't be bothered to wait for them to respond at least 24 hours before bypassing them and going directly to paypal.

Add that onto the fact you're waging a public smear campaign. You're lucky you're not asking me for a refund

Some one stolen money from company, so we need to make claim on policy, than go to PayPal to show us account owner details (company name, address, country) and than we can move that case to local lawyer in guy country.


My personal crusade will be this BHW forum with all scans of official documents, court decision, plus I will make sure that his company is registered in his country and pays all taxes and VAT which should, as there is very big chance that I will make huge damage to his whole "company" (if there any exists) and VenomSEO could be close if guy is not paying taxes as probably he would go to jail (in UK he would) or at least pay huge penalty (in normal country penalty is much higher than profits).

There is a contract involved. At most, this is a civil dispute. There is no crime involved. Not to mention, you're on the wrong end of a civil dispute (read: you would lose).

Furthermore, paypal doesn't auto refund on software purchases. So you are entirely at the mercy of VendomSEO to reimburse you. (So waging a public smear campaign is counterproductive).
